The Luxembourg Olympic and Sports Committee (COSL) announced the appointment of Prof Dr Romain Seil, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the COSL Medical and Scientific Commission, as a member of the Medical and Scientific Commission of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
